Prom Day
Students attending prom must arrive for check-in on Saturday, April 20, 2024, at 2:30 PM. All students and guests MUST have a physical picture ID, screen shots will not be accepted. If you don't have a physical school ID or California ID, stop by room 230 to get one. No food, drinks, liquids, liquid makeup, or medication will be allowed on the bus, please plan accordingly so your items are not confiscated by security. You may bring portable phone chargers.
Prom Bus Lists
Juniors & Seniors can visit their Grade-Level Counseling Google Classroom, navigate to Classwork, then Activities, and find the full bus list roster.
Once the file is open, go to "Edit" then "Find and Replace" and type in your last name in the top box, and finally hit the "Find" button at the bottom. If you have a common last name, keep hitting "Find" until your name pops up! Bus number is listed at the top of each sheet.

Prom Information
Prom 2024 will be held on Saturday, April 20 at The Belasco in Los Angeles. Tickets were on sale January-March 20 in the Student Store. Read the Prom Packet for full details.
Prom is open to Quartz Hill High School juniors and seniors.
QHHS juniors and seniors may bring one guest, upon approval. Guest may be a QHHS freshman or sophomore or an off-campus guest under the age of 21. Guest pass applications are due to the Activities Office in Administration no later than Friday, February 23.
This year's ticket prices (all inclusive of transportation to and from the venue from QHHS, food & beverage at the venue, and access to any extras provided at the event.)
Early Bird Pricing: January 16 - March 8
- $160 QHHS Juniors & Seniors
- $150 QHHS Juniors & Seniors with an ASB Card
- $170 Approved Guests (QHHS underclassmen or off-campus guests)
- QHHS Jr/Sr & Guest ticket must be purchased together
Regular Pricing: March 9 - March 20

Ticket Sales
PROM TICKETS ARE SOLD OUT!
Tickets will be sold from the Student Store from January 22 - March 20, or until Prom is sold out.
A QHHS Junior or Senior purchasing their ticket (and NOT bringing an underclassman or off-campus guest) must have:
- Signed Prom Permission Slip (page 5 of the Prom Packet)
- Physical QHHS School ID (No photographs/printouts)
- Payment
January 22 - March 1: 20 students per lunch will be permitted to purchase their ticket, first-come-first-served. BUY EARLY TO AVOID LINES. When the end-of-lunch bell rings, anyone remaining in line will be sent to class.
March 4 - March 8: Priority sales will be given to QHHS Juniors/Seniors who have approved guests. Once guest passes have been approved, Mrs. Estrada will email QHHS Junior/Senior with an appointment day/time to make the purchase for themselves and their guest. 20 students per lunch will be permitted to purchase their ticket.
March 9 - March 20: Sales will be after school by appointment (beginning at 3:40 on regular days; 2:50 on flex days). Announcement will be made the week of March 4 regarding days in which students can purchase tickets.
Professional Photography
O'Connor Photography will be on site at Prom offering professional photography services. View their 2024 pricing sheet. Payment is made directly to O'Connor Photography at the time of photo session.
Prom Court (Open to Juniors Only)
Any QHHS Junior interested in running for Prom Court should complete:
- Prom Court Application (Google Form)
- Prom Court Permission Slip, Publicity Contract (print permission slip, or stop by room 102 for a copy)
- Turn-in all paperwork no later than end of B Lunch on Wednesday, February 21 to room 217
- Attend Mandatory Info Meeting Thursday, February 22 at the beginning of your lunch in room 102
- See Mr. Culver in ASB Room 102 or Mrs. Estrada (Junior Class Advisor) in room 217 with any questions
- Voting for Court will take place Feb. 28-29 at quartz.voting4schools.com
- Voting for Prom Royalty will take place April 18 (7:00 am) until April 19 (11:59 pm).
